These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of PolyRead (the “Service”), operated by Apparent Group Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account & Access
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions, Trials & Renewals
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will renew automatically at the price shown at signup unless you cancel before the end of the trial. Renewal prices and billing cycles are shown at signup and in your account.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it for any unlawful purpose, attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering, or using it to send unsolicited communications.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Apparent Group Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apparent Group Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
